How to use it

Lead with timely explainers, roundups, or reaction content — low commercial intent topics usually reward speed and clarity over hard sell.
Capture long-tail SEO around “what happened”, timelines, and FAQ-style pages before the spike cools.
Build a “what we know / what’s next” article that cites the live headlines and updates as coverage changes — freshness is the moat on news-led spikes.
Package the trend for newsletters or social with a clear hook: who/what it is, why volume jumped, and one actionable next step for your audience.
